Daysheets makes it easy to manage and export guest lists with single page to approve requests and adjust the number of tickets available.
To start, click on the Guest List in the top menju bar on the show day you’re looking at — Click Go to guest list for this day.
Managing Requests
You will automatically be taken to the Requests tab which will display all ticket requests for the day’s show. To approve a request, check the box to the left of the ticket holder’s last name and choose Approve in the bottom right. Likewise, to reject a request, choose Reject . To make any changes to a request before approving it, scroll and click the pencil icon on the request.
You can filter by the ticket holder’s name or the person who requested the ticket using the search bar the top of the grid. To view only requests that have not been approved or rejected yet, turn on the Pending Only toggle.
To make any additional requests, use the workflow a the bottom of the grid to add the ticket holder’s name, number of tickets, any notes, aftershow and VIP specifications, and the person making the request — click Save to add it to the grid.
To view all approved guest list requests, click the List tab. You can add seating specifications to each ticket by clicking the Edit at the bottom of the screen. Fill in any seating information for each ticke and click Save when you are finished.
Guest List Settings
To adjust the number of tickets available for a show and change the pass types available, click the Settings tab.
If you’d like to allow non-admins on the tour to make guest list requests, click the toggle on in the top right.
To change the number of tickets available for the show click the pencil icon to the right.
Below this you can edit, delete, and add the different pass types available for the show.
Exporting the Guest List
For a PDF version of the guest list, click the Export tab.
On the left, you can choose which iformation will be included in the export. Click Export as PDF or Export as CSV to download those respective files to your computer.
Daysheets allows you to print out envelope labels with ticket counts and ticket holder names — making it easy for any box office or will call attendant to keep track of guest list tickets.From the Export tab, check the Avery 5160 label box. This will download two files to your computer when you export, one for the envelop labels and the regular PDF. The Avery label file is already be formatted to accurately print onto the 5160 label paper.
